Orion Systems Group offers services that compliment our customer service approach to design and deployment of systems. A brief overview of our services would include consulting, Remote System Administration (RSA), full maintenance agreements, and system monitoring.

• Orion Systems Group has designed thousands of systems across the country. As a premier consulting firm, we have worked in a variety of consulting capacities. Our expertise includes RFP development and response, proposal evaluation, systems design evaluation, product evaluation, product development and, of course, complete system design from concept to deployment.
  
  
• RSA is the remote administration of an access control system. This service removes the burden of managing the day to day changes that occur when new employees or cardholders need to be entered into the access control system or when users need to be deleted. We will handle programming of holiday’s and can even lock a facility down for a snow day or other emergency. No onsite software or dedicated computer is required, and all data is securely backed up on a daily basis.
  
  
• We offer full maintenance agreements to cover all hardware and software we install. The levels of service can be tailored to include two hour emergency onsite response time, full parts and labor replacement coverage, a dedicated 800 number for technical support, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections and testing.
  
  
• All of our intrusion detection systems are monitored at a UL facility. We also offer digital radio backup and UL monitoring over IP.
