David P. Taylor, PSP, CEO
Mr. Taylor has been involved in the security industry since 1987. His early experience included installing protection systems and managing a 24 hour alarm monitoring facility. Before establishing Orion Systems Group, he managed both the service and sales departments for a regional security company.

Mr. Taylor’s wide range of experience is a priceless asset and ensures that all of clients receive the highest level of service. In addition to his duties as CEO, Mr. Taylor actively consults with clients, participates in system design and engineering, and works with the entire OSG team to ensure that client delivery expectations are achieved. As a result of his commitment to excellence, Mr. Taylor was one of the first recipients of the coveted American Society of Industrial Security’s Board certification of Physical Security Professional.

Joe Wallace, COO
Mr. Wallace has worked in the security industry since 1991 and oversees all of the delivery operations of Orion Systems Group. Mr. Wallace supervises all projects with the assistance of project managers ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. He also oversees OSG's customer acclaimed service department and OSG's Remote System Administration service. Mr. Wallace is recognized by peers as one of the most technically proficient members of the security industry.

Paul D. Garver, President
Paul D. Garver serves as President of Orion Systems Group and has been professionally affiliated with the firm since its inception. Responsible for the overall business growth and strategic direction of the firm, Mr. Garver oversees product selection, system design and integration, and all aspects of pre and post sale customer support.

Prior to partnering with Orion Systems Group, Mr. Garver spent seven years with ATSI, serving as Director of Sales for their electronic security integration business. Focusing on design build security solutions for repeat customers, Mr. Garver gained expertise in the support infrastructure necessary to properly engineer, install, manage, and maintain sophisticated security systems. Before joining ATSI, Mr. Garver earned his BS from Grove City College in Political Science and Economics.
